Yep, the storm is gone, and behind it is some pretty cold air. Right now it is 26 degrees outside; even the sunshine isn't melting the tiny bit of snow on the ground. Tomorrow we have a forecast of 36/22, but that 22 will be 17 with wind-chill. Brrr... cold weather for us, but with an awesome woodstove it will feel quite nice indoors.

Mrs. K sent me the world's most fabulous veggie peeler. I guess she has given them to everyone in her family because she likes the design so much... what a cool gift! And the whole family sent a gift card for Joann fabric store, which is the perfect thing for me. Now, wasn't that incredibly kind and thoughtful?!
